My career began as an UX designer at HTC and Mozilla Firefox, where I focused on creating interaction designs and fine-tuning user experience on all resolutions across a multitude of essential apps, this includes communication, media, entertainment, productivity and settings. Having able to co-work with engineers and product managers on a daily basis, I was able to build up understanding on product life cycles and development in early stages, while cultivating a precise, logical interaction design style preference that reflects the practical nature of out of box apps. 

Five years later, I decided to put myself in a brand new environment that allows me to access a much broader spectrum in terms of design process. I moved to Shanghai and joined ARK Innovation Consulting, a local consultancy based in Shanghai. Throughout the years, I leveled from a senior designer to creative director and made partner, my key responsibilities include leading consulting projects across various industries (including retail, new energy automobile, finance, medical and tech startups), focus on user research and business strategy advise, digital product interaction+visual design, offline experience design, online to offline strategy; in any ongoing project, I was to give design direction, oversee deliverable quality, give presentation and foster communication both inwards and outwards. It was a blast!  

I enjoy thinking and solving problems, I cherish the opportunity to share a meaningful face to face conversation with people and I am always up for a philosophical discussion or tabletop game invitation. I start the day with a cup of coffee (or tea) and end the day with an episode of Adventure Time ;-)
